Building on this foundation, Victor expanded his portfolio internationally, working as a Consultant with UN-Habitat, where he engaged with legal and policy frameworks at the intersection of urban development, governance, and sustainable communities. Victor holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from The University of Nairobi and a Post Graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and the East Africa Law Society.
