Victor’s early professional journey saw him serve within the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) in Kenya, where he honed his skills in criminal law, legal analysis, and prosecution strategy. Building on this foundation, Victor expanded his portfolio internationally, working as a Consultant with UN-Habitat, where he engaged with legal and policy frameworks at the intersection of urban development, governance, and sustainable communities. This experience enhanced his appreciation of legal systems as tools for inclusive growth and sustainable development, and deepened his capacity to advise on complex legal and regulatory matters with a global perspective.

Victor holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from The University of Nairobi and a Post Graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and the East Africa Law Society.
