Joshua Kiptoo is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and the Founding Partner of C&K Advocates LLP. He holds a Master of laws (LL.M) degree and Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from the University of Nairobi. He also has post graduate diploma from the Kenya School of Law. He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Arbitrators (Kenya Chapter).

Aside from his practice at C&K Advocates LLP, Joshua is currently sitting as a Member of the Public Procurement Administrative Review Board and has served as a County Assembly Speaker in the Nandi County Assembly for the years 2017 to 2022.
